MYOB PayBy is a microsite housing all MYOB B2B payment products. I led a full redesign of the existing site, enhancing the experience through optimised IA, content, UI and refreshed brand identity.

After identifying the need to revisit the site IA and navigation, I ran a workshop with key stakeholders where we reviewed competitor analysis findings, undertook card sorting exercises and audited both new and existing pages.
I consolidated the work into a new sitemap and navigation structure, which would provide easy access to clearly grouped solutions as well as additional content around the brand, technical documentation, guides and case studies.
I then began work on the revised page templates, ensuring the designs were responsive, clear and optimised to showcase MYOB PayBy's updated content and resources.
Concurrently I revisited the branding for PayBy, updating the core colour palette for greater choice, creating new graphic assets and illustrations and developing unique icons for individual products.
Using a modular approach across the site to maintain consistency and cohesion, I layered on the final UI using the new styleguide and components.
The outcome was a site that successfully achieved our goals for MYOB PayBy, receiving positive feedback, reducing bounce rates from customers and generating increased numbers of quality leads to the sales team.
